I ran 3.1 miles today right below 27 mins. Great run. I was tired, though. Stopped by the gas station… stopped by the JL’s to grab some stuff. Getting ready for the Bachelor finale… woot. Just kidding. Had a good day at work. Started a new book (writing, but not a story… just life stuff)...
